*Passport to Dance is considered an educational class, and therefore has a special tuition rate. No additional discounts may be applied.

Tuition

As we are a non-performance based studio, there are no additional recital fees or costume fees. The use of our weekly themed costumes and props during class are built into the tuition.

Classes are prorated for late enrollment. Tuition will remain the same amount each month regardless of the number of classes held, as tuition is averaged over each semester.

Tuition is non-refundable.

Registration Fee $25 per student/$45 total per family per year (September-May) & we offer a 20% Sibling Discount.

All Classes are on auto-withdraw via our billing system, on the 1st of each month for the current registered session.​​​

There will be a $35 administration fee for any declined payments.

Trial Classes & Drop-in Tuition​

Trial Class: Each student may choose one class to try for free as a Trial Class to see what we are all about. These can be can be scheduled online.

Drop-In Class Tuition: $18 per class

Trial is not available for Camps. To try out a camp, dependent on availability, a Drop-in Tuition of $48/session will apply. Drop-in Tuition is subject to change based on the current camp theme, type & overall duration.
​Attire
All costumes go on over the children's clothes.
​
All Ballet Classes

Girls: Tights, light-colored leotard is best (pink, lavender, light blue, etc), and pink ballet shoes. However, leggings, t-shirt, and bare feet will be fine for trial classes or the first few classes. Ballet skirts are optional but the attached little skirts are best so they don’t get lost.

Boys: Black or grey shorts or sweatpants, white t-shirt, black or white socks and black or white ballet shoes.

Hair: A bun is preferred for longer hair (bun tutorial is coming soon!) a ponytail is fine or pulled back off the face for short hair. Flowers and headbands are allowed.
Passport/Folkdance
Everything comfy! Bare feet. Girls: Leggings & a fitted t-shirt. Boys: Fitted sweatpants & t-shirt.

Theatre
Everything comfy to move in since we do creative movement.

Parent/Child Classes
Adults should wear comfortable clothing & socks as you will be moving & dancing with your child both on the floor and around the studio. For the infant music classes, parents should also bring a medium size, comfy blanket for baby.

Extras
We encourage bringing along a water bottle (spill-proof lids preferred). Cubbies are available to store items during class. Child size tables & chairs are set up in the studio for snack ands and reading. Please clean up after yourself & keep the studio tidy so we all can enjoy!

Policies​​​

Missed Classes: Make-Up classes are allowed during the session for which your child is registered. Your child is allowed to make up a class in any of our classes. You may log-in to your family portal and schedule a make-up class online. Make-classes may not be held over to the next session.

Studio Lobby: We have 2 large viewing windows so you can see all the fun! Please keep siblings from tapping the windows or playing with the little magic door. Please help keep the studio clean by limiting food in the lobby. There is a broom behind the trash can for easy clean-up in the case of extra messes. Thank you for your help in keeping this a beautiful and clean environment!

Photo Release: A Festival of Dance may take a photo or video of my child or myself. We may use these photos for publicity purposes such as but not limited to: our website, Facebook, Instagram etc. If you would like to decline photo or video use, please notify us in writing at the time of registration.

To Drop a Class: Families must provide written notification 14 days prior or their account will be charged for the subsequent month.

Inclement Weather: If inclement weather or other events beyond our control cause the studio to close, you will be notified via email and social media. No refunds are given for class cancellations due to weather or events beyond our control.

Covid-19: At this time, we have no COVID-19 restrictions. Dancers and staff are NOT required to wear masks. We reserve the right to amend this policy as we follow City, State, and CDC guidelines.
